Here is a list of questions that I commonly receive about troubleshooting the HCG Diet. I think it's time to post them up for all to see.

Q How much weight should I expect to lose?

A In the 43 day cycle most people lose about 35 pounds and keep it off. On the 23 day protocol the average is about 18 pounds.

Q My weight loss started at a pound a day and is now only about .5 to .8 pounds a day. Is this normal?

A Completely. This does happen. Remember, it is all FAT and completely permanent.

Q Do I take shots during my menstrual cycle?

Q It says to mix the HCG Daily. Will it go bad in the refrigerator during the 43 days?

Q What can one do about the headaches?

Q I feel bloated and am losing weight slowly, what do I do?

Q Should I skip a shot once a week?

A Dr. Simeon says that one could get immune to the HCG, but only very rarely and only towards the end of the program. If you get tired or hungry after day 25, then you should start skipping one day a week. Otherwise, just take the shots daily.
