HEALTHY TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT AND TO KEEP IT OFF!

Hello again!

A lot of you all have completed the HCG Diet with amazing success. Well, we want to stay healthy, right?! We all don't have time to be medical or weight loss gurus, so I'd like to give you some quick tips to help you to lose weight or to keep your weight down, simply.

There is SO MUCH FALSE INFORMATION OUT THERE! HERE ARE A FEW TIPS THAT ARE COMMON SENSE!

1) EAT RAW. Seriously. Raw food is much easier to digest, it has it's own enzymes. You usually get a good rush of energy instead of being TIRED after eating. Nutrition is not killed with cooking and you get more vitamins and minerals. Eat at least 1 raw veggie with every meal if you can. Simple and very effective. I lost 10 pound just from eating raw for 2 weeks!!

2) Supplement with Vitamin C, at least 1000 MG/day. Your body does not produce it and it is needed. It absorbs toxins and actually purifies your body!

3) Walk an hour a day. We are supposed to walk, our body is made for it.

4) Stay away from preservatives, artificial sweeteners, food dyes and major name brand processed foods. This will upset your hypothalamus gland and make you fat, hungry and addicted to food. Try to eat mostly organic.

5) Drink a large glass of purified water first thing in the morning.

6) Eat fruit in the morning and ensure of daily bowel movements.

7) Help others to become healthy also. Share the miracle of the HCG Diet with others, it's such a wonderful way to help people.

8) Stay away from prescription drugs as much as you can.


9) Stop eating when you are no longer hungry, not when you are full. The brain takes 20 minutes to catch up to your tummy so just stop. Eating multiple smaller meals is much better than a few large meals.

10) Smile, smile, smile. Laugh, love, ignore negativity and hate. This creates harmful chemicals in your body that can make you sick and FAT.

CERTAINLY THERE IS MUCH MORE TO DO AND EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT BUT IF YOU APPLY A FEW OF THESE THINGS, I SURE HOPE THAT IT HELPS YOU.
